If the product is faulty WITHIN 7 days of purchase it can be Returned for Full Credit or Replacement – The faulty unit must be returned to the Retailer / Wholesaler / Distributor, TTI Returns DO NOT deal with End Users – Business to Business Only.
If the product is faulty OVER 7 days of purchase it must go via the Repair procedure, if unable to repair a replacement will be sent. This can be requested by the Retailer / Wholesaler / Distributor or End user.

Cordless Tools:
When returning a battery powered tool, ensure all batteries, chargers and accessories are included. Also ensure the metal contacts on the batteries are covered. Where possible use the original packaging to prevent any transit damage. Batteries are to be placed in a bag before packaging product.
AC Power Tools:
When returning an AC power tool, ensure all accessories are included before shipping. Where possible use the original packaging to prevent any transit damage.
